How Apple and Eve Made a Happy Little Cave Kid
As I have mentioned in the past, I am a member of Influenster. Influenster is a website where you review products that you have tried, and they will even send you free products to test. Most recently, I was sent a box of products from Apple and Eve for my oldest daughter to try. As you can see by the picture, she was sent three Apple and Eve Organic Quenchers juice boxes in three different flavors. She received Razzberry Apple Splash, Berrylicious Lemonade, and Fruit Punch Burst. She also received a larger sized Apple and Eve Organics Natural Style Apple Juice.
So, to be honest, I rarely give my kids juice. In my opinion, it’s just not something that they need. Obviously, I don’t think that juice is bad, per say, but if they want something sweet, I would just as soon give them a piece of fruit. At least that has fiber to go with the sugar. When I do give them juice, I am very picky about what kind I give them. So many kinds of juice aren’t 100% juice, or they are full of added sugar. Why in the world you need to add sugar to something as sweet as fruit is beyond me. Apple and Eve brand, however, is one of the brands that I will let them have. They are 100% juice, and don’t add any extra sugar. They all have 100% of the recommended daily allowance of vitamin C, and they offer a lot of organic options as well. And, if I were one of those moms who occasionally stole a juice box from their kids, I’d be able to tell you that they are absolutely delicious. I’d never do that though. 😉
Now, my oldest is picky. We have given her the apple juice from Apple and Eve in the past, which she liked, but I wasn’t sure how she’d liked the mixed flavors that came in her VoxBox. To say that she was happy with them would be an understatement. I asked her if she liked the juice, and she told me that it was the best juice in the whole wide world. 😉 Apple and Eve made a happy little cave kid at our house.
Please note: I received these products free from Influenster for testing purposes. The opinions are 100% my own (or my daughter’s).
